Postcards
Please have a supply of our tour postcards in your studio to hand out to visitors during the months prior to the tour.
We have found this to be one of the most effective and simplest marketing tools. The following artists have a supply of the postcards.
Bill Schinsky: Studio 6/7 , 68-845 Perez Rd, Cathedral City
Kim Manfredi: Studio H21, 68-845 Perez Rd, Cathedral City
Contact us HERE if you would like a supply
Handbooks and Maps
We will have supplies of both soon (~ December 20) and hope you will make them available in your studio and share with your guests

Studio Set-Up for DOS 2025
You may want to have a friend help out on logistics so you can focus on talking with the visitors
Make a guestbook or some way to collect emails
Have someone else encourage leaving email address for you
Hang/display your work; How will you show the prices on your artwork - tags or handouts?
It is ideal to have work for people to buy at different price points and in different sizes.
How will you ring up a sale?
Do you have supplies on hand to wrap a piece?
Do you want to provide a certificate of authenticity or sales receipt for their records?
Have plenty of business cards to hand out.
Do you want to have info about you such as an artist’s statement or bio on hand as well?
Do you want to have music? Flowers? Snacks?
Planning a raffle? If so, do you have a container for contact info?
